GULFPORT, Miss.—Memorial Hospital at Gulfport has named Colin Steenkamp, RN, ICU, as the DAISY Award honoree on July 2. Colin was presented The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses for the exceptional compassion and skill he displayed to his patient Michael (Mick) Petras. Colin was nominated by Michael’s wife, Diane.
