Kent G. Nicaud
President & CEO
Kent Nicaud has more than 25 years healthcare management experience from both the private sector and non-profit arena. He has held consulting services contracts with hospitals located in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Mr. Nicaud has been working with Memorial Hospital at Gulfport on a consulting basis since 1996, and as an employee since 2008. In 2010, he was named Chief Operating Officer and became President and CEO in 2018. He attended Tulane University for undergraduate and graduate studies through their executive MBA program.

William Barrette
Chief Financial Officer
William Barrette is an experienced finance professional with over 18 years of success in all areas of financial management, planning, strategic and corporate development in both public and private sectors of healthcare. His most recent position was Vice President, Decision Support at Ochsner Health System. His tenure at Ochsner also included in-depth involvement in Supply Chain Finance and Strategy serving as Assistant Vice-President of that Division. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and majored in Psychology and Pre-Med Curriculum. He completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Tulane University Freeman School of Business in New Orleans with Concentrations in Finance and Management.

Jennifer H. Dumal, RN, BSN, MPH
Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services
Jennifer Dumal has served as Chief Nursing Officer since 1999. Mrs. Dumal began her career at Memorial in 1978. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1982 from Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College. In 1991, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and her master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1999.

Kevin Holland, MSHA, MBA
Vice President, Operations
Kevin Holland joined Memorial Hospital with more than 25 years of healthcare management experience with a focus on strategy, growth, and leadership development. Mr. Holland has held executive positions in private and public hospitals in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mississippi State University, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He is responsible for the operations, growth, and strategic direction of the recently acquired Memorial Hospital at Stone County.

Angie Juzang
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Angie Juzang joined Memorial with an extensive background in marketing, public relations and community outreach. As vice president, Ms. Juzang is responsible for managing internal, external and media-specific communications, implementation of various advertising platforms, coordination of corporate and community relations, as well as administrative oversight of the Memorial Hospital gift shop, and serves as public information officer. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University.

Kathy Ladner, MSN, RN, CAN
Vice President, Patient Care/Quality/Satisfaction/Safety
Kathy Ladner began her career at Memorial Hospital in 1984. Prior to becoming Vice President, Mrs. Ladner served as Director of Cardiac/Critical Care Services, Manager of Intensive Care Unit and Cath Lab, Unit Nurse. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in 1984 and earned her master’s degree in 1993. She is credentialed as a Nurse Executive NE-BC by Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification.

Kyle Lewis, LNHA, MS, RD, LD
Director, Senior Care
Kyle Lewis is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who oversees the daily operational activities of three nursing care facilities. Mr. Lewis evaluates the residents’ needs and implements strategies for growth and coordination of resources to best meet those needs. He focuses on the overall success of the centers and upholds the highest level of compliance regarding all state and federal regulatory guidelines.

Myron S. McCoo, JD
Vice President, Human Resources
Myron McCoo joined Memorial with more than 20 years Human Resources experience, and he is responsible for the HR vision, leadership, strategy and operations to support business needs and strategic initiatives. Mr. McCoo works collaboratively with Administration and is responsible for the administrative supervision of Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Health, Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas, his Master’s in Religion and Organizational Development from Harvard University, and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law with a focus on labor and employment law.

Aimee Robertson, JD
President, Memorial Hospital Foundation
Aimee Robertson joined Memorial in 2018 with a background of more than 12 years in finance and business. Mrs. Robertson oversees the operations of the Memorial Hospital Foundation, which develops relationships and financial resources to support the patients, employees, and healthcare initiatives of Memorial. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Mississippi State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Rhonda Seidule, LNHA, RRT
Administrator
Rhonda Seidule is the Administrator of Driftwood Nursing Center. Ms. Seidule has a diverse background in patient care and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes direct patient care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). During her 20-year respiratory career, she worked as a consultant for multiple Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities covering the states of Mississippi and Tennessee, specializing in developing and managing several trach units. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

Matthew Walker, RN, MSN-MBA
Vice President, Clinic Operations
Matthew Walker has 20 years of diverse inpatient and outpatient healthcare management experience, focused primarily on operational growth. Mr. Walker provides strategic focus to the now more than 100 Memorial Physician Clinics, helping improve population health management and physician operating efficiencies under value-based payment initiatives. He received his nursing degree from Auburn University and master’s degrees from Samford University.

Michael S. Wiederhold, MD, MPH, MS, FACHE, CPPS, CPHQ, CPHRM, CPHIMS
Chief Physician Executive
Dr. Michael Wiederhold joined Memorial Hospital with over 25 years of healthcare experience. He started his healthcare career as a hospital volunteer, then became an Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate, and from there rose through the healthcare ranks. As the Chief Physician Executive, Dr. Wiederhold has executive responsibilities for the Medical Staff, Population Health, and Medical Informatics. Dr. Wiederhold holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medicine Sciences; Master of Public Health from Tulane University; Master of Science in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University. Dr. Wiederhold is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety, Healthcare Risk Management, and Healthcare Information & Management Systems, as well as being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Wade Wright
Vice President, Revenue Cycle
Wade Wright has served in the United States Marine Corps and during his service participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He received several awards and medals for his service. He has his Masters Of Business Administration from Bethel University in McKenzie, TN, and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee at Martin. He has several professional certifications and accreditations and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management fields.

Haley Zelenka, JD
Vice President, General Counsel
Haley Zelenka has oversight responsibility for the Corporate Compliance and HIPAA functions, as well as contract management. She also provides legal advice on a variety of administrative and operational matters to the Administrative team. Most of these matters include recurring agreements/contracts, interpretations of personnel labor laws, and other operating issues. Ms. Zelenka attended Mississippi State University for her undergraduate work, and the University of Mississippi for her law degree.
