Memorial Adopts Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital

GULFPORT, Miss.—Memorial recently held a fundraiser to benefit employees of Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas who were directly impacted by Hurricane Ike. Memorial Hermann is a not-for-profit hospital licensed for 404 beds and employs over 1,700 people. In an effort to give back, Memorial Hospital employees raised over $5,200. This relief fund was sent to Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in the form of Wal-Mart gift cards and was distributed to 51 families.
