Memorial Offers Free Orthopedic Seminars

GULFPORT—Memorial is offering two free community seminars, The Latest in Joint Replacement presented by Dr. John Raff, Memorial Orthopedic Surgeon, to be held on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dr. Raff will discuss procedures for joint replacement with improved technology and the options available to those who seek care for painful knees and hips.
Sports Injuries—What You Need to Know presented by Dr. Inez Kelleher, Memorial Orthopedic Surgeon, to be held on Thursday, October 2, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dr. Kelleher will discuss the potential for injury from any sport, how to reduce the risk, what to do if an injury occurs and what’s new in medical technology for treating sports injuries.
