Memorial Names Third Quarter 2008 STAR Recipients

GULFPORT–Memorial has named the recipients of the Third Quarter 2008 Star awards—Memorial’s highest honor. STAR, Service, Teamwork, Attitude and Respect, was developed to recognize outstanding service.

The Third Quarter 2008 Star recipients of the STAR awards are Lola Barney, Community & Corporate Relations; Tammy Boudreaux, Patient Registration; Lynita Calvert, Emergency Services; Dr. Beth Curry, Behavioral Health; Sharon Gaudin, Quality Management; Dr. Thomas Graves; Emergency Services; Jackie Howell, Post Anesthesia Care Unit; Frank Lestrade, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; Ellen Lindsey, Human Resources and Benny Redmond, Security.

The Star recipients, their managers and directors, attended a special award ceremony where they received a gift certificate donated by the Memorial Auxiliary and a gold pin to wear on their employee badge.
