Volunteer Registration

Volunteers are an integral part of the success of this event and we look forward to working with you.

Breakfast items will be available from the 7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. 

Vendor lunches will be served from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. We will supply lunches in a hospitality space

Friday, January 13
Volunteers will stuff bags, place table clothes, place signage, decorate and more. If you cannot stay the entire time, please indicate what time you are available.
Saturday, January 14
Set up – Volunteers will help vendors bring items to their spaces, set up hospitality room, debrief on expo agenda and more.
Saturday, January 14
Greeters – Volunteers will be available to help at registration desk, pass out information as participants enter, help participants get to key areas, meet guest speakers, guide participants to workshops and more.
Saturday, January 14
Break down – Volunteers will remove decorations and more.

Volunteer t-shirts may be given out prior to the event, contingent upon sponsorships. Our preference is for volunteers to wear the Expo t-shirts so all are uniform and easily identifiable for participants. Lanyards highlighting the organization you are representing will be created and can be worn day of the event.
