Mississippi Paralysis Association donates to Memorial’s ThinkFirst Program

The Mississippi Paralysis Association recently donated $49,454 to the Memorial Hospital Foundation to support its ThinkFirst Program. This program teaches school-aged children the importance of brain and spinal cord injury prevention. Memorial Neurosciences & Rehabilitation, in collaboration with Singing River Health System’s Neuroscience department, will deliver this program to approximately 13,000 children in 16 schools located in Harrison, Jackson and Hinds Counties during the 2012-13 school year.
