Stronger Together: COVID-19 Five-Year Anniversary

On March 11, 2020, Memorial Health System cared for its first COVID-19 patient, stepping into an unknown that would reshape us.

In those early days, our frontline team members were called heroes. Over time, the words faded, but the commitment never did. Through loss and sacrifice, exhaustion and hope, we showed up because that’s what we do. In a community forged by occasional hurricanes, we weathered another kind of storm that would seemingly never end, leaning on each other, standing…unwavering.
