“I would like to recognize RN Jennifer Allen for the exemplary care and service she provided to my mother on 1/23/25. In my mother’s own words, “I have never been treated better by a nurse in my entire life”. That speaks volumes, as my mother interfaces regularly with various medical professionals. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and patient-centered care Jennifer provided. She kept me regularly updated with calls, as I live in Colorado Springs, and this helped ease the emotional angst I was feeling not being present. Jennifer actively listened to my concerns and requests for additional tests for my mother. I believe Jennifer advocated for my mother behind the scenes, as I received a call back that plans were in place to proceed with a CT scan. This brought considerable peace of mind, and I am so very grateful to Jennifer! Jennifer is to be commended for the stellar care/service she provides to her patients and families. As a Medical Social Worker, I was incredibly impressed with the way she went above and beyond with my mother’s care and communication to me.
