Memorial Senior Services Health and Fitness Fair to Be Held November 13

GULFPORT, Miss.—Memorial Senior Services is holding a Health and Fitness Fair on November 13, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., at the West Harrison County Civic Center, 4670 Espy Avenue, Long Beach. Free health screenings and informational booths, as well as free flu vaccinations, will be available to seniors attending the event.
Free health screenings will include body fat analysis, stroke and blood pressure, foot sensation, cholesterol and glucose, oxygen saturation (oximetry) and visual ear canal screenings. Seniors may also visit one of 40 informational booths, learning about topics such as Alzheimer’s, aging, the AARP Driver Safety Program, diabetes, Hospice, support groups and nutrition.
