Compensation Analyst

Provides professional nursing care to an assigned patient population and nursing lUnder direction of the Compensation Manager, the Compensation Analyst performs a series of functions to include but not limited to, researching, evaluating, documenting, interpreting and managing job requirements, job positions, job descriptions, compensation databases and job and compensation structures. The Compensation Analyst performs benchmarking compensation activities related to maintaining competitive compensation levels that support the organization’s total reward philosophy, objectives and practices, and ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
