PHONES

There are phones in each patient room and by the information desks located in the MAIN and WEST TOWERS. Local calls can be placed by pressing “9” followed by the area code and phone number.

VENDING MACHINES

Vending machines can be found on the first floor of the MAIN TOWER in the room next to the cafeteria, as well as in a variety of waiting rooms such as surgery, ICU, and L&D.

ATM

An ATM is located in the MAIN TOWER on the first floor in the room next to the cafeteria.

MEDICAL RECORDS

To submit a request for medical records, including imaging films and results – click here.

Medical records can also be requested Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Health Information Management Department located at the Memorial Administration Support Services (MASS) Building.
