Documentation Assistant – Orthopedic Surgeons Physicians Clinic

The Documentation Assistant will accompany the Provider into the patient examination room in order to document in the electronic health record the Provider’s encounter with the patient and others present. The Documentation Assistant will have no direct involvement with patient care when performing the duties of the position.
