Exceptional Care That Transforms.

Women’s Age-by-Age Health Roadmap for 2026

Dr. Tori Wilson Clark

The start of a new year gives many women an opportunity to pause and reassess their health. It is a natural reset point, a moment to reflect on what your body has been telling you and what it may need moving forward. Women’s health changes in meaningful ways from decade to decade, and understanding those shifts can help you stay proactive, confident, and informed throughout your life.

Providing age-specific, preventive guidance empowers women and is the cornerstone for a patient-centered approach to their care. As an obstetrician-gynecologist, I have experienced firsthand how advocating and for my patients in this way has made a difference in their lives. I have seen annual exams detect early breast cancer with favorable outcomes in unsuspected populations, STI screening in adolescence prevent PID and the possible sequelae of infertility, and even the simplicity of understanding menstruation as it translates to a couple’s success with conceiving. I am inspired daily to educate my patients and provide them with resources that allow them to take ownership over their health during every season of life.

This roadmap outlines the essentials at every stage so you can prioritize your health!
