Memorial Partners with Obtelecare to Expand MFM Services

GULFPORT, Miss. – November 18 – Memorial Hospital Gulfport has expanded
access to specialty care for mothers and babies through a new partnership with
Obtelecare, offering Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) services via secure telehealth
technology.
This collaboration allows patients and providers to connect virtually with board-
certified MFM specialists for high-risk pregnancy management — bringing expert
guidance and added peace of mind to patients across the Gulf Coast.
“Every mother deserves access to advanced, compassionate care,” said Mary
Brobst, Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Health System. “This partnership allows
our patients to benefit from real-time expertise while staying close to home,
surrounded by the care teams they trust.”
Through this new model, Memorial’s Women & Children’s Services team can
consult directly with Obtelecare specialists 24/7, ensuring timely and coordinated
support for both inpatient and outpatient needs.
