Memorial Physician Clinics Welcomes  Noel Duplantier, MD 

GULFPORT, Miss.– September 25, 2025 – Memorial Physician Clinics is pleased to welcome Noel Duplantier, MD, to the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Memorial Hancock Women’s Center, located at 1009 Benigno Lane in Bay St. Louis. 

Dr. Duplantier earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, also in New Orleans. 

Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Dr. Duplantier brings more than 20 years of experience caring for women along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her expertise and compassionate care make her a valuable addition to the Hancock Women’s Center team.
