It is my responsibility, as a leader, to ensure we all work together as a team and create the best workflow possible. I love working with the public and interacting with our patients daily. Customer service excellence means so much to me, so I strive to be a good example for my staff to follow, as well.”

Inspired by other strong women

“I am so proud of all the women who have joined the workforce. So many hardworking women have been and continue to be such great mentors and role models,” Christy shares. When asked about an inspiring woman in her life, she adds, “My inspiration to excel in the workplace comes from my mother.  My mom was one of the hardest-working and most dedicated people I have ever known. She was a prime example of how to balance work and family.”
