Memorial to Offer Free Prostate Health Screenings
September is National Prostate Health Awareness Month
For Immediate Release September 4, 2013
Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of death in men. The key to survival is education, early diagnosis and treatment.
Memorial will offer free prostate health screenings and educational materials on Wednesday, September 18, at 6:30 p.m.
The screening will consist of a physical exam. The physician may then refer you to your primary care physician for a Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test at a later date.
Appointments are limited; registration is required. For more information or to register, call (228) 575-2250.
